If you need to adjust your Klar subscription due to changing needs or circumstances, follow these straightforward steps to downgrade, cancel, or pause your plan.

Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Your Subscription

Access Account Settings

Start by clicking on "Settings" located in the lower left corner of the Klar platform. This will take you to the settings page where you can manage your account and subscription details.

View Subscriptions

Click on "View subscriptions" to see an overview of your current plan and any previous subscription details. This area allows you to review all active and past subscription information.

Manage Your Plan

Find the three dots on the right side of your active plan list. This menu provides options for managing your current subscription.

Choose to Cancel or Pause

From the options presented, select "Cancel" to terminate your subscription. If you're not ready to cancel completely but wish to pause your subscription temporarily, you can choose the pause option instead. This allows you to suspend use temporarily without losing your place or past data.

Considerations for Canceling or Pausing

  • Canceling: Terminating your subscription will stop all future billing and access to services provided under your current plan. Make sure to download any necessary data before cancellation.

  • Pausing: Pausing allows you to temporarily halt service while retaining your account and any accumulated data. You can reactivate it when you're ready to resume.
